Shipping Policy

Our shipping service covers the products and addresses that checkout accepts. The services and charges shown there, including any free-shipping offer, apply to the order.

Separate handling and travel estimates

Allow approximately 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch. After dispatch, estimated delivery/transport time is 3–5 business days. Timing is not guaranteed: holidays, high order volumes, verification, weather, and carrier issues may extend the journey.

Help us deliver accurately

Check the full mailing address, unit, city, state, postal code, email, and phone before submitting. We may ask for clarification when information is missing. Shipment messages go to the checkout email; tracking can take a carrier scan to become visible.

Shipment investigations

Contact us with the order number, checkout email, and tracking number for a late or lost parcel or one marked delivered that you cannot find. Ask household members and check the delivery area. Photograph damaged items and their packaging, or send video, and keep both while the issue is reviewed. Product, destination, remote-area, customs, and safety limits may restrict delivery.
